Terms and Conditions:

About the pots

Each piece is made and decorated by hand, one at a time. Because they are handmade, no two are exactly alike and you can expect natural variations in colour, size and surface detail.

To help your pots last as long as possible, handwashing is recommended, as frequent dishwasher use may cause wear over time. If the piece is functional (Like a mug or bowl), it is possible to put it in the microwave.

Payment

Currently payment is made vie the Cromarty Pottery, where there’s the option to pay by card, cash or bank transfer.

Postage and packaging

UK postage is not included in the price. Delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected, and I can’t be responsible for delays beyond my control or for any customs charges or fees applied by your country.

Orders are sent using reused packaging wherever possible. For environmental reasons, I collect boxes, bubble wrap and other packing materials from galleries, friends and family to give them a second life.

Returns and breakages

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph and contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange a refund.

If you change your mind, let me know within 7 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued once the item is returned safely. Return postage costs can’t be refunded unless the item is faulty. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach me, so please package them carefully and obtain proof of postage.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
